Signup Instructions for Swim Meets and Volunteer Jobs at Meets 

• You must register your swimmer the Tuesday (by 10:00 pm) before the next meet for them to be able to swim. 

How to Register for Volunteer Jobs and Swims at a Meet: 

• Log into the website. 
• Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 
• If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password. 
• Under the Calendars tab, select "Swim Meets" to sign up for a swim meet. 

Job Signup 

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP button and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). 
• If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Meet Entry. 
• Click Save Assignments. 
• Click Back to Swim Meets. 

Swimmer Signup 

• Click the green MEET ENTRY button, and then click the Edit button under your athletes' names. 
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names. 
  • (undeclared) 
  • Attending 
  • Not Attending 
• Select the events from the list shown. 
• For time trials, choose all available events. 
• For dual meets, choose 2 events. 
• Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options. 
• Enter notes for the coach and the board if needed such as your child needs to leave early, arriving late, need qualifying times, etc. 
• Click Save to record your choices.
