Volunteers (1st & 2nd Shift) MUST attend the meetings below.
Please ensure that you are in your volunteer place prior to the meet starting to ensure we have a prompt start to our Home Meet.

| 6:45 am | Volunteer & Swimmer Check-in - Basketball Pavilion |
| 7:15 am | Warm-ups - Home team |
| 7:30 am | Scratches - Home team |
| 7:45 am | Warm-ups - Visiting team |
| 7:45 am | Scratches - Visiting team |
| 7:50 am | Officials Meeting - Clubhouse |
| 8:00 am | Ready Bench Meeting - Ready Bench Area |
| 8:10 am | Timers/Scribes meeting - Clubhouse |
| 8:30 am | Meet starts promptly |
